rosemary-infused lemonade bourbons

Summertime cocktail hour. Bourbon stirred with lemon rosemary syrup and topped with seltzer. Make syrup, make drinks, and get tipsy with your big, bad, boozy self.

Rosemary-infused Lemon Syurp
Makes about 1 cup

1 cup lemon juice (5-6 lemons)
1 cup sugar
4-6 springs rosemary

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, and heat until just boiling.

Remove from heat and let cool. Strain the stems, and chill. Use syrup to make cocktails. Share.
